My Approach to Supervision

Supervision isn't just about case consultation- it's about growing into your most authentic, confident and ethical self as a clinician. My approach is grounded in person-centered principles and play therapy theory. I view supervision as a collaborative, supportive relationship where curiosity, creativity and authenticity are encouraged.

We'll explore clinical skills, self-of-the therapist work, interventions, and real world challenges that come with being a human and healer.

My goal is to create a space where you can bring your whole self- your questions, doubts, wins and fears- and know that they're met with compassion, humor and honesty.

Practical Details

Location: Supervision available in person (Inver Grove Heights, MN or surrounding area) or virtually across Minnesota

Scheduling: Flexible options for individual and group sessions.

Rates & Philosophy:

When I received supervision early in my career, the financial strain was overwhelming. That experience shaped a deep commitment in me: to provide high quality, supportive supervision that doesn't create additional barriers for those entering this field.

I believe supervision should be accessible and sustainable. My goal is to collaborate with you to find a rate or structure that works, so cost never stands in the way of your professional growth. If the below rates don't work for you, lets find something that does!

• Individual/Dyad Supervision (licensure): $100 per hour

• Group Supervision (3-6 people): $40-$60 per person, per hour (lower price for more people)

• Play Therapy Specific: $120 per hour

• Consultation (post licensure): $100 per hour
